Hosting — Cloudflare Pages

This site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access a page, technically necessary data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) is processed so we can deliver the site and defend against attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure web presence). A data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

Cookies and consent

We set only technically necessary cookies (for example, the consent record from the cookie banner). Analytics cookies are loaded only after you explicitly opt in via the banner. You can revoke that decision at any time using the consent toggle in the lower left corner.

Analytics — PostHog (EU)

If you allow analytics cookies, we load PostHog (PostHog Inc., 965 Mission St, San Francisco, USA — EU instance hosted in Frankfurt). PostHog records pseudonymized page views and clicks. IP addresses are truncated before storage on the EU instance.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (consent).

Any data transfer to the United States only happens as necessary, secured by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (optional)

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured and you’ve opted in, Google Analytics 4 loads (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). GA4 runs in Consent Mode v2: advertising cookies stay blocked by default, IP anonymization is on.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (consent).

Server log files

Cloudflare logs the following for up to 30 days per page request: IP address, timestamp, HTTP status, transferred volume, referrer, and user agent. These logs are used for debugging and abuse detection. They are not merged with other data sources.

Fonts — self-hosted

All fonts are bundled directly into the build (@fontsource-variable/inter). No connections to third-party font services (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts) are made.

If you reach out via info@passion4it.de or the contact form, we store your message to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b or f GDPR. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.

SSL/TLS encryption

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Cloudflare provisions the certificate automatically.
